EcoAmmo was started in 2006, and has continued to grow in size and services ever since. Today, EcoAmmo is run by a team of three passionate and professional partners who share a common belief that the building industry has the potential to protect the environment, prevent health problems and contribute to a strong local economy.

Green Builder Challenge Launch!

We are very pleased to share that two of our LEED for Homes projects were recognized at this years Alberta Sustainable Building Symposium (ASBS) in Edmonton! Peter Amerongen (of Habitat Studio & Workshop) and Michal Wasuita (of Pine Bungalows) were recognized for their leadership in the Alberta market.

Their recognition kicked off a year long 'Builder Challenge' to encourage more Alberta builders and developers to build green and certify homes in Alberta with the LEED program. Builders who certify 1 home or more will be recognized at next years ASBS, where they will recieve a certificate they can proudly display as a LEED for Homes builder in Alberta for that year!
